The Second draw of Dubai was conducted yesterday. Mr. Muthu Rakku, (Coupon no. 11077) won the draw. He is a steel fabricator hailing from Tamilnadu, India. The draw was conducted at Atlas Jewellery Gold Center Showroom in the presence of Mr. Khaled Ben Rebehal Chaabi, Senior Commercial Control Coordinator, Department of Economic Development.
